What topics does this boot camp address?
The Angry Moms Boot Camp focuses on understanding and managing anger from a mental health perspective. Here’s what we dive deep into:
Identifying the Root Causes of Anger: We’ll explore what’s really driving your anger, going beyond surface-level frustrations to uncover the deeper emotional triggers.
Understanding Triggers: You’ll learn to recognize specific anger triggers in your daily life and gain clarity on why certain situations push you over the edge.
Values Alignment: One key part of managing anger is getting in touch with your core values. We’ll work on identifying your values as a mother and person, and aligning your actions with them.
Practical Coping Strategies: This bootcamp provides actionable coping tools that go beyond the typical advice. You’ll learn specific techniques that help you regulate your emotions in the heat of the moment.
Mindset Shifts: A big part of addressing anger involves changing how you think about stress, motherhood, and your own expectations. We’ll work on making those mindset shifts together.
Community Support & Accountability: The power of shared experience is a core aspect of this bootcamp. You’ll be part of a supportive community of moms, receiving encouragement and accountability as you make real changes.
This bootcamp is about digging deep, making meaningful shifts, and getting to the core of your anger so you can create a calmer, more aligned motherhood experience.
This boot camp does not cover issues like hormonal imbalances, marital or partnership problems that may require counseling, or any medical-related issues. For those types of concerns, you may need additional support from a healthcare provider or therapist. -
